Membership FAQS
How can I pause my membership?
For annual members, once you’ve been a member for six months, you can pause your membership for up to four months once per calendar year. A 30-day notice is required to suspend club access. For monthly members, no pauses are permitted. Please email us at hello@hudsonriverpickleball.com for any requests.
How can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Upgrades are possible any time. Please email us at hello@hudsonriverpickleball.com and request an upgrade. Please note, annual memberships can be only upgraded to another annual membership. Charges will be calculated on a pro-rated basis for the remainder of the valid membership period. Downgrades are not permitted.
Medical/Military Freeze
For annual members, freeze your membership for medical or military reasons for up to three months. A physician’s note or military orders may be required. For monthly members, no freezes are permitted. Please email us at hello@hudsonriverpickleball.com for any requests.
Membership Cancellation
Can’t use the club for a short time or as often as you used to? Consider pausing your club access. If you need to cancel your membership, a 30-day notice is required. Please note, if you cancel your membership and repurchase the same membership within 30 days, your new membership expiration date will be shortened to 30 days past your previous membership expiration date. This is to prevent abuse where people cancel every month then renew a few days later. Please email us at hello@hudsonriverpickleball.com for any requests.
