Responsibilities‍
-Provide high-level customer service and exceptional hospitality to Hudson River Pickleball guests, including helping club customers with reservations and check ins, handling issues and concerns in a positive and timely manner.
-Assist with daily cleaning, organizing and restocking items
-Answer questions on classes, lessons, memberships as well as gear shop items for all front desk and retail operations.
-Provide timely and accurate reporting on the operating condition of the facility.

Qualifications
-Passion for service and proven experience in hospitality
-Amazing communication skills — must be able to set clear expectations and give/receive feedback clearly and effectively
-Able to work a non-traditional schedule. Our club is open 4pm - 10:30pm on weekdays, and 7am - 10:30pm on weekends. Looking to fill shifts for a variety of hours
-Able to lift 30+ lbs

About Us
-We are an indoor pickleball club with 7 courts, located just west of the Hudson River in Englewood, New Jersey
-We opened in Oct 2024, so we are relatively new, and our team is small, but we are looking to grow quickly.
